Somethings Are Worth Fighting For

I've been gone for a minute and a lot has changed...I'm gonna leave it at that...

We all know that some things are worth fighting for...I like to believe that I'm one of them. I feel like if you can fight for your job, your car, your home, or anything else that's important to you then how in the hell can you have too much pride to fight for me?!

Its real sad ladies.... But sometimes it takes the END of a relationship to know how much you were really valued during it. And most of the time you can tell simply by the way he handles the breakup.

Some of you may or may not agree. But I personally have a hard time believing that a man who told me he loved me everyday for over two years could walk away without a FIGHT!

Men are naturally competitive. I've witnessed it. Trust me. Infact if my initials were NFL or NBA I wouldn't even be writing this. Have you ever witness the hunger of an athlete? He will put blood, sweat and tears into a game to get closer to the championship. And when the season is over and he's watching the other team win that very trophy instead of giving up completely on the game, he's out there preparing himself for next season. Giving up is just not an option. But for some reason when it comes to repairing a relationships that same hunger just doesn't exist.

Meanwhile all we want is to know that you still care. Like call just us to make sure we're breathing. Show me that them two years wasn't just you killing time. Its impossible to be in love with someone on Monday and then be completely out of love on Tuesday. Its just not that simple. How could a man who claimed to love a woman so deeply go days, weeks, even months in some cases without any communication. I want to know that your heart is aching. That you feel empty inside...hell I just want to know that you care!!!!!

Yeah the woman can pick up the phone too, but just like tossing a football is a man thing so is making the first move.....time is ticking and what hurts is knowing that after the breakup she wasn't even worth a phone call.....until next time xoxo
