Okay Ladies anyone who knows me know that I'm like real creative!!! Especially in song writing. So I decided to make it my business on a daily basis (might be days I slipp)to find a song, and a lyric in the song that just hits home....we all know that songs are the soundtracks of our lives. For the first entry I choose Miss Tamia's song Almost.... The song is soooooo beautiful as well as old but hey its in my current playlist and you should add it to yours... Seriously ladies how many times have you (we) thought we had a guy and when looking back on the situation you realize you never really had him after all. I mean if you did he probably wouldn't have done half the things he did. Yet you still miss him!!!
Well theres a cliche that says YOU CAN'T MISS WHAT YOU NEVER HAD. This is where this song takes place.. What's interesting about this song is that its actually going agaisnt that very cliche. Saying that its very possible to miss what you never had (that is if the person is "special" enough") And for that reason I choose the part of the song where she sings "whoever said its impossible to miss when you never had, never almost had you" That is the truth. Sometimes you can be soooooo close to getting your way that you can taste it. And even though you never quite got it you stil miss it. LADIES PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS AMAZING SONG.....TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK....It's sooooo one of those songs that just makes a woman feel like its okay to dwell on the past...
